Who we are
Corporate Services Management (CSM) is an award winning specialized integrated
facilities maintenance and cleaning services provider for large showcase Fortune
500 corporate headquarters and other complex commercial , industrial, and government
properties. Headquartered in suburban Atlanta, Georgia, the Company provides
these services to large commercial accounts, i.e., educational institutions
and campuses, airport facility management, construction sites, upscale hotels,
business parks, sports stadiums and athletic facilities, industrial and manufacturing
operations, government office buildings and military complexes. CSM has a solid
reputation as an industry leader in service delivery.
In 1994, CSM was also awarded the contract for the world’s
busiest airport, Hartsfield Jackson International Airport’s largest
concourse, international Concourse “E” and the Airport’s
passenger train transporter, Bombardier.
Based on its exceptional
service record at Hartsfield Jackson, CSM was awarded the 2002/2003
Supplier of the Year Award and the Customer Satisfaction Award
in 2004. CSM continues its top rankings against all competitors
in month to month surveys conducted by the Department of Aviation
and the City of Atlanta’s oversight authority.
Most recently, the Atlanta Airlines Terminal Corporation
CSM the cleaning company of the year for 2008. CSM was awarded
the prestigious Distinguished Vendor Service Award from Time
2007. CSM and its sister companies are most proud of the awards
received by Goodwill Industries and the Children’s Wish Foundation
for their dedication and commitment to those organizations.

CSM was founded in June 1992 by Bert Fitts. His extraordinary leadership
and vision has attracted a top management team which has collectively
achieved over 100 years of experience in the cleaning industry.
Our senior executives are skilled in technology, management processes
and the industry’s “best practices” having attended
the nation’s best janitorial and educational institutions.
They have created and used the most advanced global and sustainable
cleaning products. Some of our executives recruited from our surrounding
communities, have grown from entry level janitorial positions to
